Sharon is PBD’s training administrator. Originally from Cheshire, she has worked in the aviation industry and been in charge of a computer helpdesk.  Prior to joining PBD in 2010,  Sharon had worked as a nursery cook for eight years.  Since joining PBD,  she has completed a level 3 Diploma in Customer Service and is currently working towards a level 3 qualification in Business and Administration.   Sharon is responsible for setting up and registering all the new learners that come to PBD, tracking their progress and claiming and issuing certificates.  She also looks after accounts and office administration.
